Notes now remembers the user's last resized height and restores it when reopened, while still fitting safely inside smaller panel heights. Clicking a client name in Capture now opens Edit Client, while the rest of the row keeps the configured quick-capture action. Balance, Left and Ready columns can now be dragged into a preferred order that stays aligned across clients and is remembered after reopening FEBO. Portfolio totals now stand apart more clearly from client values, and the persistent navigation footer is quieter and more compact without changing panel resizing. Active trials no longer show a stale read-only warning when startup data finishes loading before license status. Settings no longer includes the unused Daily Goal controls.

FEBO now uses a compact financial-terminal interface with a fixed four-column header, aligned Capture and Invoice ledgers, a pinned keyboard-first footer and no navigation-driven layout shifts. Capture now shows the remaining agreement Balance with the invariant Balance = Left + Ready, while issuing, cancelling and paying invoices move money auditably through Left, Ready, Unpaid and Paid without double subtraction. One-click Capture is now rapid-click safe, supports Command-click subtraction and Command-Z undo, and confirms changed values inline with restrained temporary color feedback. Invoices now use compact two-line rows grouped permanently by issue year and month, with prominent month totals, authoritative paid or due dates and quiet Paid, Unpaid and Overdue status styling. Invoice creation, final agreement allocation, draft cancellation, payment toggling and deletion now preserve auditable capture, budget and customer history. Add Client and Edit Client now share a focused Name-and-Balance workflow with an 18-character recommendation, continuously saved notes and non-destructive client removal. Visible and Hidden clients can now be reordered or moved bidirectionally by drag-and-drop while preserving financial history, exact positions and keyboard numbering. The sidebar now resizes from a compact financial glance to nearly the full current display work area, keeps its menu-bar anchor fixed and saves one preferred height across all views. The complete footer is now a smooth resize surface while preserving normal tab clicks, and the global show-or-hide shortcut now defaults to Command-E with Option-Space available. Existing FEBO data migrates backward-compatibly without a schema-version reset, preserving clients, ordering, agreements, captures, invoices and settings. The FEBO website demos now match the current compact financial-terminal Capture and Invoices experience, using one consistent sample ledger and responsive fixed panel shell.

Capture now uses a compact one-click layout with Today, To go, Captured and Budget summaries, clearer progress states and consistent spacing across every Mac view. Client rows now reorder smoothly by drag or keyboard, preserve stable positions while changing metrics and keep hidden clients available without including them in active totals. The native Mac menu now provides Capture, Invoices, Settings, undo and a persistent configurable Pomodoro countdown while the in-panel navigation and retired timers are removed. Invoices now opens as one continuous month-grouped list with clearer totals, due-date countdowns, unbilled progress and profit calculations that include tracked costs. Daily Goal and profit calculations now follow the current remaining client value, calendar days, costs and captured work without double-counting historical invoices. Account recovery now prefers meaningful cloud backups, preserves local invoices independently and creates encrypted rollback copies before risky state replacement. The Mac sidebar now sizes itself to its content, opens client panels at their final height and uses quieter native hover, motion and accessibility treatments. FEBO for Mac is now Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized, with automatic updates enabled for trusted releases.

Option-Space now opens or closes FEBO, Shift-Space subtracts captures and every close clears the selected client. Invoices now shows captured unbilled work instead of a monthly average. Earned but unbilled money now gets a gold highlight when it is ready to invoice. Invoice project selection now includes clients hidden from Capture. Mac top navigation now shows a compact borderless, click-to-reset stopwatch. Up and Down arrows now move the selected Capture client. Capture metric sorting now keeps visible clients above hidden clients while ranking both groups by value. The Mac download page now follows the current FEBO version automatically and preserves a visible history of earlier versions. Capture, Invoices and Settings navigation labels now use the same font size. Invoices now shows Due as a direct list and Paid and Profit as monthly categories, with tracked costs included in current-month profit. Resetting the Mac navigation stopwatch now plays a short confirmation chime. Due invoice rows now show days remaining or days overdue instead of a calendar deadline. The Mac navigation stopwatch now keeps counting across app closure and displays multi-day elapsed time. Mac client-specific panels now keep only the selected client's category visible. Mac Settings now keeps the full keyboard shortcut reference collapsed until requested. Capture Left and Budget now exclude hidden clients from both their totals and client lists. Due invoices now appear as a direct invoice list without duplicate client group headers. Capture client menus now place Hide or Show client first for quicker visibility control.

Removed conflicting Mac menu accelerators so FEBO’s keyboard-first capture workflow behaves consistently. Added contextual capture shortcut guidance, a complete Keyboard Shortcuts setting and clearer first-run shortcut education. Fixed Notes opening so it appears directly in its final Mac panel layout without briefly covering client rows. Capture keeps shown clients above hidden clients, moves newly hidden clients to the top of the hidden group and clears their selection. Added a simple daily pace calculator based on Budget left and the user’s chosen earning days.

The menu bar F now turns dark on gold while the FEBO sidebar is open. Selected Capture, Invoices and Settings tabs now use a steady yellow indicator. Edit Client now expands the Mac sidebar so the client list remains visible. Added a guided interactive walkthrough showing how captured work becomes invoice-ready value. Updated annual pricing to $29. Invoice previews now open in the same window with a direct return to FEBO. Invoice previews now fit the browser height without unnecessary scrolling. Unsigned public beta installs use manual updates until signing and Apple notarization are available.
