FEBOAPP OÜ provides FEBO and FEBO Capture. FEBO stores app data locally on your Mac. Licensed users may enable encrypted cloud backup. We process installation identifiers, license status, purchase details and backup data only to provide the service.

Payments, billing and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle. FEBOAPP OÜ does not process or store payment card details. License recovery e-mail is provided by Resend. Contact support to request access or deletion.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic and download interest. This measurement does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. We do not send names, e-mail addresses, payment details or other personally identifying information in analytics events, and website visitor data is processed in the European Union. FEBO records a minimal anonymous product funnel: aggregate DMG download starts, trial start and end dates, checkout and paid status, and—when enabled in Settings—one event when an installation completes its first successful Capture. We do not collect app-open or sidebar-open history, Capture counts, client names, amounts, invoices, notes, e-mail addresses or license keys for analytics. Turning the optional first-Capture milestone off requests its deletion.

During the final three trial days you may optionally provide an e-mail address and explicitly consent to one regular-price trial-end reminder. The address must be confirmed, is not used for newsletters, includes an unsubscribe link, and the reminder is suppressed when a purchase is detected. Reminder contact data is deleted or de-identified after it is no longer needed.
